Artemis came to us a few months after we opened CCAH as a client surrender and has been the absolute best clinic cat we could ask for! Artie is the perfect floor cleaner – always in the staff lunchroom willing to lend a helping paw should anybody drop any food particles on the floor! Artie has many other important jobs to earn his keep at CCAH as well. If you visit the clinic, you will often see the king himself lounging on top of the receptionist desk and greeting our clients and patients alike! Artemis absolutely adores other animals and is known as “Uncle Artie” to our kitten program kittens. He also likes to choose his dog of the day, where he will scout out all our canine surgical patients and roll around outside the door looking for love from his chosen doggo! Artie is very in-tune with his staff’s emotions as well, and if you are sad or having a hard day he always seems to know and will come curl up on your lap looking to comfort you. We absolutely love our handsome man, and let’s be honest – he is the REAL boss around these parts ;)!
